Joe Hull

President


Joe Hull’s expertise is in project team building; suiting the owner’s needs and financial capabilities with the goals of the project, both in budget and schedule. Mr. Hull grew up in the construction industry and has spent his career doing GC/CM public projects. These projects include some of the Puget Sound area’s most focal civic projects, including the new Seattle City hall, Seattle Justice Center and Seattle Central Library.


His roles have ranged from overall project superintendent to project executive in charge of entire project oversight. Mr. Hull’s leadership and coordinating skills have helped public clients meet their most challenging cost, schedule and quality goals. His team-building and leadership skills create efficiency, good morale and a highly productive culture, while his communication skills help form strong relationships with owners, architects and contractors. Mr. Hull has spent the last 20 months acting as the Owner’s Rep for Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community on their major remodel project, which includes the new Emerson Wellness Center. He has had great success on this project, managing the design/budgeting and construction processes.

Jim Cave

President


James A. Cave (Jim) is a senior level registered architect and development professional with more than 20 years of experience in private practice. His extensive background includes professional design, real estate development and construction management in both the public and private sectors.


From speculative office buildings to senior housing, from historic landmarks to military facilities, Mr. Cave has developed his skills in the design, development and project management of countless-millions of dollars in construction projects throughout the United States. Through his history with such projects, Mr. Cave has developed a comprehensive knowledge of the entire construction industry and brings a determined approach to accomplishing project goals and objectives on time and within budget.


Mr. Cave has worked in private practice as a registered architect, a development project manager and more recently as an executive of a commercial development consulting firm. Mr. Cave has been professionally registered as an architect in the State of Washington since 1996.
